Chief Chukwunonso Ubili is from Onicha Ado from Onicha North LG in Anambra State. His maternal home is Umudẹị and his paternal home is ỌgbẹỌzallaỌbị, and they are the King Makers of the Ọnịcha Dynasty. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, educational exploits, human development services, entrepreneurship, etc.
Chukwunonso is the first son of his late father Mr. George Obiora Ubili who died in the 1980s. His primary education was in Ezechima Primary School, Secondary School in Metropolitan before he gained admission into IMT Enugu, where he acquired and did Excellently well in his OND And HND in Computer Science.
