Meet Talented Igbo Rapper, Achara Man, Who Speaks Up For Social Change For Ndi Igbo

Ndi Igbo have been blessed with some of the best and great voices to come out of Africa. Our ancestors in their wisdom chose this select number of singers, rappers, and orators to continue the work of defending ana Igbo with their gifts. One of such rare gifts we have as a people is the rapper called Achara Man.

It has always been a thing of pride for us at Voice of the sun, to identify and celebrate Igbo artists who are using their voices and music to speak up for Ndi Igbo, and Achara man is one of such artists whose passion for his people’s needs to be promoted and talked about. Achara Man represents the noble, bold, and fearless Igbo warriors of old, and we are glad to share his music and biography with you.

In a thought-provoking song about the choice between a Nigerian presidency and a free nation for Ndi Igbo, he starts a conversation with God on behalf of Ndi Igbo. The song which is chapter 8 of his music series titled “The Conversation” is one that every Igbo man/woman who cares about the Igbo nation should watch.

Achara Man’s Biography:

Obinna Okoro, Stage name Achara Man, is a native of Umunomo Ihitteafoukwu in Ekwerazu Ahiazu Mbaise local government Imo state. He is the 2nd child and the 1st son of his parents.

He is a graduate of English language and literature from the University of Nigeria Nsuka (Alvan Ikoku College of Education campus Owerri Imo state.

From day one Achara Man has been a lover of creative works of art, ranging from Music, comedy, Playwright, Acting, and Storytelling. But his area of interest is majorly music. He has been in the industry officially since 2010.

Achara Man has recorded so many electrifying songs and has released a lot too.

He currently has a music series called THE CONVERSATION. The series is the avenue that he uses to speak on some issues bothering our day-to-day lives and how irresponsible the government has been over the years. Achara Man has also been featured in a few notable movies.
